L’approche socio-politique considère le viol comme un instrument de pouvoir et de domination. Enfin, la clinique du viol révèle le traumatisme chez les victimes, et la souffrance et l’angoisse chez certains auteurs d’agression sexuelle.

We will examine the concept of rape from the overriding perspective of violence and from a transdisciplinary approach. Historical and legal analysis defines raps as prohibited according to Law. A socio-political approach considers rape as an instrument of power and domination. From the point of view of clinical practice, rape is associated with the trauma of victims and the suffering and anxiety exhibited in some perpetrators of sexual assault.
