Taking the orthodox analytical situation as its starting point, in this article the author proposes to discuss the methodological conditions of psychoanalytic treatment for autistic individuals. The question underlying this work is: Can we engage in a therapeutic process with autistic children without distorting Freudian prescriptions? In such an approach, associative and transferential arrangements would be indicated, relying on the body. The latter would serve as a methodological compass, beyond its other clinical and theoretical aspects.

En partant de la situation analytique orthodoxe, l’auteur propose de discuter des conditions méthodologiques des prises en charge autistiques. La question sous-jacente serait la suivante : pouvons-nous engager un processus thérapeutique auprès des enfants autistes, sans dénaturer les prescriptions freudiennes ? Selon une telle perspective, des aménagements associatifs et transférentiels seraient indiqués, et cela, en s’appuyant sur la problématique corporelle. Le corps aurait, en ce sens, une fonction de boussole méthodologique, au-delà de ses autres aspects : clinique et théorique.
