Ce texte décrit comment une procédure de validation collective des acquis a été mise en place, en Suisse, dans un centre de tri postal, en vue de l’obtention d’un titre de gestionnaire en logistique. Ce dispositif innovant de validation collective a pu être développé dans le contexte particulier d’un projet de recherche-intervention réunissant certaines conditions : un public partageant des connaissances et des compétences communes développées dans une même fonction. Il a permis ainsi à plus d’un millier d’employés de tri d’obtenir la reconnaissance de leurs compétences, de même qu’un titre reconnu grâce à une démarche intégrant les professionnels dans une analyse à la fois collective et individuelle de leur travail.

This text describes how a procedure of collective prior learning recognition was organized, in Switzerland, in a mail company, with the aim of obtaining a title in logistics. This innovative project of collective prior learning recognition was able to be developed in the particular context of a research gathering certain conditions: a public participant of the knowledge and the common skills developed in the same function. This project of research so allowed more than thousand employees of the company to obtain the recognition of their skills, as well as a title recognized thanks to an approach integrating the professionals into an at once collective and individual analysis of their work.
