Cet article illustre l’expérience conduite par le Politecnico Calzaturiero-Italie, avec l’objectif stratégique d’améliorer l’efficacité du rapport formation-travail et de légitimer le rôle formateur de l’entreprise par le transfert des expériences françaises mûries avec les projets OSMOSE et FORSIMPAD basés sur la démarche de la didactique professionnelle. Le chantier est focalisé sur la transmission des savoirs d’expérience entre un travailleur sénior et quatre novices sur le poste de travail de montage de la partie antérieure de la tige. Les contributions réciproques entre les méthodes qualitatives de l’analyse du travail, le Bilan de Compétences et la Psychologie fonctionnelle ont amélioré la capacité d’explicitation, le pouvoir et vouloir agir des travailleurs, les performances personnelles et d’organisation.

This article illustrates the experience matured by Politecnico Calzaturiero-Italie, with the strategic objective to improve the efficiency of the relationship training - work and to legitimize the formative role of the company by the transfer of the French experiences matured with the projects OSMOSE and FORSIMPAD, based on the approach of the Professional Didactics. The work is centered in the transmission of competences between a senior worker and four juniors on the job of assembly of the front of the stalk. The mutual contributions between the qualitative methods of the job analysis, the skills assessment and the Functional Psychology improved the capacity of explicitation, the workers power to act, the personal and company performances.
