RésuméL’atteinte artérielle est rare au cours de la maladie de Behçet. Elle constitue un tournant évolutif majeur et assombrit le pronostic vital, du fait de la gravité des complications, du retard diagnostique imputable à sa grande latence clinique et de sa survenue chez un sujet jeune, sans facteur de risque vasculaire. Nous illustrons à travers ce cas clinique une circonstance de découverte rare et particulière de cette pathologie représentée par un syndrome coronaire aigu.

Arterial involvement is rare in Behcet’s disease. It constitutes a major evolutionary turning point and darkens the vital prognosis because of the seriousness of the complications, the diagnostic delay due to its great clinical latency and its occurrence in a young subject, without vascular risk factors. We illustrate through this clinical case a rare and particular circumstance of discovery of this pathology represented by the acute coronary syndrome.
