IntroductionThe hemorrhagic complications of Covid-19 are little described in the literature, although it potentiates the severity of the disease. We report three cases of spontaneous hematomas occurring in patients with Covid-19.ObjectivesOur objectives are to warn of these bleeding complications and to describe the aspects on imaging.ObservationsThe first patient presented with abdominal pain on the tenth day of the course of the SARS-CoV-2 infection. The abdominal ultrasound showed a left hypogastric hematoma, confirmed by the CT scan, responsible for bladder compression at the origin of a bilateral hydronephrosis. Surgical removal of the hematoma was performed. The second case concerned a woman with abdominal pain and a large pelvic mass. The CT scan revealed a right hypogastric hematoma compressing the urinary tract. The third patient was a man referred for a right lateral thoracic swelling, whose ultrasound confirmed a large hematoma.ConclusionBleeding complications with large deep or parietal hematoma may occur during the management of SARS-CoV-2 infection.

IntroductionLes complications hémorragiques de la Covid-19 sont peu décrites dans la littérature, alors qu’elles potentialisent la gravité de la maladie. Nous rapportons trois cas d’hématomes spontanés survenant chez des patients atteints de Covid-19.ObjectifsNos objectifs sont de mettre en garde contre ces complications hémorragiques et de décrire les aspects à l’imagerie.ObservationsLa première patiente présentait une douleur abdominale au 10e jour de l’évolution de l’infection au SARS-CoV-2. L’échographie abdominale montrait un hématome hypogastrique gauche, confirmé par le scanner, responsable d’une compression vésicale à l’origine d’une hydronéphrose bilatérale. Une exérèse chirurgicale de l’hématome a été réalisée. Le deuxième cas concernait une femme présentant une douleur abdominale et une volumineuse masse pelvienne. Le scanner révélait un hématome hypogastrique droit comprimant les voies urinaires. Le troisième patient était un homme référé pour une tuméfaction latéro-thoracique droite, dont l’échographie confirmait un volumineux hématome.ConclusionDes complications hémorragiques avec volumineux hématome profond ou pariétal peuvent survenir au cours de la prise en charge de l’infection au SARS-CoV-2.
