N2  - RésuméCe texte souhaite montrer l’intérêt d’utiliser des entretiens biographiques dans la compréhension des parcours de spectateurs au théâtre, et tout particulièrement, en ce qui concerne l’orientation de leurs préférences esthétiques. Après être revenu sur les discussions critiques qui touchent à l’usage de la biographie, nous tenterons de dessiner un espace discursif qui favorise l’échange entre données statistiques et données biographiques. Nous débattrons de la question des réorientations des registres qualificatifs du goût en étudiant l’impact des horizons d’attente générationnel et des réseaux de sociabilité; From questionnaire to biography : some questions about the aesthetics preferences of the theatre audiencesThe purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the advantage of using biographical interviews in the understanding of the journeys experienced by théâtre audiences, and particularly in regards to the spectator’s orientation of their aesthetic préférences. After having reconsidered the critical discussions that touch on the topics of the use of biography, we will try to design a discursive space which supports the exchange between statistical data and biographical data.
