N2  - Résumé Kramer contre Kramer arrive en France annoncé comme un film américain « à succès », cette « étiquette » impliquant habituellement un jugement négatif dans le contexte d’un débat polarisé entre le cinéma commercial et le cinéma d’auteur. Certains critiques l’ont en revanche perçu comme un film « à sujet » : une fois considéré comme paraphrase fictionnelle de la condition paternelle du monde réel, il a finalement été reçu favorablement grâce à sa vraisemblance. À la sortie du film, la construction par France-Soir d’une communauté franco-américaine d’interprétation – partageant ce même avis – allait dans le sens de la séduction des lecteurs à l’heure d’une croissante « améri-canomanie » en France; Interpretation and foreign film Kramer versus Kramer came to France heralded as an American box-office hit. This désignation placed the film in an interpretive frame that traditionally led to a negative critique (in the dichotomy of commercial cinema and art cinema). Thus, in order to receive Kramer as a “good” film, certain critics renegotiated it as a film that explored the contemporary social issue of paternal custody. Therefore interpreted as a fictional paraphrase, the majority of critics favourably received it thanks to what they perceived to be its verisimilitude. At the release of Kramer in France, the newspaper France-Soir constructed a Franco-American interpretive community – one that shared this opinion – at a time when “American mania” was on the rise in the country; La interpretación y la cinta extranjera Kramer contra Kramer llega a Francia anunciada como una cinta americana de éxito. Este marco de interpretación, que generalmente lleva a una critica negativa (en la clicotomía cine comercial versus cine arte o de autor), fue negociada por ciertos críticos como « cine temá-tico ». Una vez tomada como paráfrasis de la condición paternal hacia el mundo real, la mayoría de la crítica recibió la cinta de modo favorable, gracias a su verosimi-litud. En esta interpretación de la película como paráfrasis parecida a la de los americanos, analizamos -a través del prisma de la relación franco-americana-la construcción de una comunidad franco-americana de interpretación por France-Soir con el fin de seducir a sus lectores
