N2  - La mise en sécurité du patrimoine religieux constitue une obligation pour les communes qui doivent exercer leurs responsabilités de propriétaires depuis le début du XXe siècle. Mais loin d’être seulement une contrainte, cette obligation peut constituer un argument politique et de valorisation du territoire. C’est ce que nous verrons dans ce texte avec le rôle que joue le Conseil départemental des Alpes-Maritimes dans un territoire singulier; Ensuring the security of religious heritage is an obligation for the municipalities as they have been required to exercise their responsibilities as owners since the beginning of the twentieth century. But far from being only a constraint, this obligation can constitute a political argument, as well as one concerning the valorization of the territory. This is what we will see in this text through the role played by the Departmental Council of the Alpes-Maritimes in a unique territory
