<br/><br/> L’absence du père dans le film El premio (Paula Markovitch, Mexique-Argentine, 2011) constitue non seulement une référence autobiographique et historique (une allusion aux prisonniers politiques et aux disparus de la dictature argentine), mais aussi une métaphore d’une société à la dérive, après le coup d’État de 1976. Ceci est particulièrement clair dans le cas des rapports mère/fille et professeur/enfant.  El premio. The absence of the father as a metaphor of a drifting societyThe absence of the father in El Premio (Paula Markovitch, Mexico-argentine, 2011) functions not only as an autobiographical and historical reference (being an allusion to political prisoners and to the missing persons under the Argentine dictatorship) but also as a metaphor of a drifting society after the coup of 1976. This is particularly clear in the relationship mother/daughter and teacher/pupil.
