N2  - RésuméEn institution psychiatrique, le travail psychanalytique groupal, par sa possibilité de contenance des angoisses et l’aménagement d’un espace transitionnel va permettre que se développe une capacité de rêverie. Par le jeu des échanges intersubjectifs et des identifications, la confrontation d’expériences psychiques sera possible. Dans l’éprouvé groupal et les manifestations des différents transferts se révèlera l’expression de réalités internes. Cependant, à la spécificité des groupes analytiques se superpose la spécificité des groupes en institution : il s’avère nécessaire de prendre en compte les interférences entre le cadre institutionnel et le cadre groupal. La constitution du groupe, l’élaboration du dispositif groupal, l’articulation avec les autres accompagnements nécessitent réflexion et théorisation; In psychiatric institution, with its opportunity for anxieties holding and its transitional space fitting, groupanalytic work enables a capacity of reverie. Careful consideration and theorisation are required for the group composition and for the working out of group device and links with and between other therapeutic supports; ResumenEn institucion psiquiatrica, el trabajo psicoanalitco grupal puede contener la angustia y establecer un espacio transisional ; entonces, se desarolle una « capacitad de sonar ». Por el juego de intercambios intersubjectivos y de identificaciones, la confontacion de los sentidos psiquicos sera posible. En la experiencia grupal y las manifestaciones de las diferentes transferencias se revelara la expresion de realidades internas. Sin embargo, a la espicificidad de grupos analiticos sobrepone la espicificitad de grupos en institucion : es necesario tomar en cuenta las interferencias entre el marco institucional y el marco grupal.
