<br/><br/> RésuméIl s’agit d’un dispositif groupal d’accompagnement dans le cadre associatif d’anciens buveurs. Il réunit des personnes en difficulté ou non avec l’alcool et des professionnels en position intermédiaire. La parole circule par les témoignages, l’information et l’humour. La clinique met en lumière le négatif du lien social et familial dans le processus alcoolique et le sevrage mais montre aussi que l’aventure alcoolique soude le lien groupal. Le dispositif permet la re-prise d’un étayage primaire défaillant dans la pathologie addictive. Le lien de couple y est travaillé. La souffrance familiale est mise en évidence.  It is a supporting group setting within an association of alcoholic persons who now refrain from drinking. Persons having or not having problems with the dependency on alcohol and professionals meet together. They speak through their experience with information and humour. With the clinic we can see that the social and familial link is negative in the alcoholic process and also in the withdrawal program. But the clinic also shows that the alcoholic experience and withdrawal program link the group and also allows the partners to work out their relationship. The group setting shows how the family suffering is important within the alcoholic process  ResumenSe trata de un dispositivo grupal de acompañamiento de ex alcohólicos en el mrarco asociativo. Reúne personas que tienen o no dificultades con el alcohol y profesionales en posición intermediaria. La palabra circula por los testimonios, la información y el humor. La clínica clarifica sobre la negatividad del vínculo social y familiar en el proceso alcolhólico y de desintoxicación pero muestra también que la aventura alcohólica suda el vínculo grupal. El vínculo de pareja es trabajado y el sufrimiento familiar es puesto en evidencia.
