N2  - Dieser Beitrag zielt darauf ab, die Legitimität von Jacobis Anschuldigung des Konstruktivismus gegen die Wissenschaftslehre zu ermitteln. Es scheint, dass Jacobi einen doppelten Fehler begeht, einen methodologischen und einen materiellen: Einerseits hat er nicht genügend über den Status seines eigenen Verfahrens nachgedacht, andererseits übergeht er völlig die praktische Grundlage von Fichtes im Gefühl verankerten System; This contribution aims to assess the relevance of the charge of constructivism levelled by Jacobi against the “Doctrine of Science”. It appears that Jacobi falls prey to a twolfold mistake, methodological and material: on the one hand, he has not sufficiently reflected on the status of his own approach; on the other hand, he completely erases the practical foundation of the Fichtean system, rooted in feeling (Gefühl); Quelle est la légitimité de l’accusation de constructivisme adressée par Jacobi à la « Doctrine de la Science » de Fichte ? Il apparaît que Jacobi commet une double erreur, méthodologique et matérielle : d’une part il n’a pas suffisamment réfléchi sur le statut de sa propre démarche, d’autre part il gomme complètement l’assise pratique du système fichtéen, enracinée dans le sentiment (Gefühl)
