Construction identitaire et socialisation professionnelle. Dynamique identitaire et socialisation chez les psychologues en activité : étude exploratoire des perceptions du métier

<br/><br/> Le présent travail de recherche vise à permettre, par le biais d’une approche interprétativiste, l’exploration de l’ensemble des facteurs mis en jeu qui favorisent ou empêchent le développement de l’identité professionnelle des psychologues exerçant au Maroc. La reconnaissance officielle du titre n’y étant pas encore établie, plusieurs lacunes et enjeux éthiques liés à l’institutionnalisation des pratiques et à la protection du public ont vu le jour, face à la croissance frappante des plaintes des victimes d’actes démesurés. Pour ce faire, une étude mixte a été menée auprès d’un échantillon de 54 enquêtés dont 16 ont accepté de passer l’entretien semi-directif. Les résultats révèlent la présence d’un impact significatif des spécificités du contexte d’exercice sur la construction de leur identité professionnelle. Cette dernière n’est pas bien délimitée par rapport aux métiers voisins.  The present research aims at allowing the exploration through an interpretive approach of the concerned factors that support or prevent the development of the professional identity of the psychologists exerting in Morocco where the official reconnaissance of the title is not established yet what caused several ethical gaps and challenges related to the institutionalization of the practices like the protection of the public against the striking growth of the complaints of the victims of the disproportionate acts.For this purpose, a mixed study was carried out on a sample of 54 respondents, in which 16 of them agreed to take a semi-structured interview. The results reveal the presence of a significant impact of the specifics of the exercise context on the construction of their professional identity. The latter is not well delineated in relation to similar professions.
