N2  - Tous les pôles de compétitivité ne relèvent pas des mêmes problématiques d’innovation : pour certains d’entre eux, composés essentiellement de PME, la question du « transfert » (ou interface entreprise-recherche) et de son articulation au Pôle de compétitivité est centrale. Mais sur quoi, et comment, réaliser cette articulation ? Les centres de transfert peuvent-ils rester inchangés, ou doivent-ils évoluer, et comment ? Le cas du Pôle Microtechniques, en Franche-Comté, exemplaire à certains égards, nous éclaire sur ces questions; How to relate poles of competitiveness and centers of transfer?The poles of competitiveness do not all respond to the same problems in matters of innovation. For some of them, mainly those with participating small businesses, the question of transfers between research projects and firms is central. But how to achieve this? Should “centers of transfer” change or not; and if so, how? The Pole Microtechniques in Franche-Comté is a clarifying example; Polos de competitividad y centros de transferencia, ¿cómo articularlos?Todos los polos de competitividad no enfrentan las mismas problemáticas de innovación: para algunos de ellos, compuestos esencialmente de PYMES, la cuestión de la “transferencia” (o interfaz empresa-investigación) y de su articulación al polo de competitividad es central. Pero, ¿en torno a qué y cómo realizar esta articulación? Los centros de transferencia, ¿pueden seguir tal cual o deben evolucionar y de qué manera? El caso del polo Microtécnicas, en la región francesa de Franche-Comté, el cual es un ejemplo en ciertos aspectos, nos aporta algunas respuestas a estos interrogantes; Kompetenznetze und Transfer-Zentren : wie sollen sie zusammenwirken ?Die Kompetenznetze sind nicht alle auf denselben innovativen Gebieten tätig : für einige unter ihnen, die sich hauptsächlich aus mittelständischen Betrieben zusammensetzen, ist die Frage des „Transfers“ (Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmen und Forschung) und dessen Einbeziehung in das Netz wesentlich. Aber wie soll diese Verbindung gestaltet werden ? Können die Transfer-Zentren unverändert bleiben oder müssen sie sich entwickeln, und wie ? Der Fall des Pôle Microtechniques der Region Franche-Comté, der in mehrfacher Hinsicht exemplarisch ist, gibt uns über diese Fragen Aufschluss
