<br/><br/> L’article revient sur l’affect l’indignation et critique l’idée répandue chez les commentateurs de son rôle constitutif dans l’État, en le limitant à une fonction de destitution ou de garde-fou. Il montre ensuite que la désobéissance n’est pas un droit civil chez Spinoza mais qu’elle relève du droit de guerre. Il établit enfin que l’obéissance absolue peut, contrairement à toute attente, consister à refuser d’exécuter les ordres.  This article considers the affect of indignation and criticizes the idea shared by many commentators of its constitutive role in the state, limiting it to a removal or custody function. It then shows that disobedience is not a civil right in Spinoza but falls under the law of war. It finally establishes that, contrary to all expectations, absolute obedience may consist in a refusal to execute orders.
