<br/><br/> Disinformation and manipulation of information are now current practice, calling into question the principles of our rule of law and its democratic procedures. Hence the need to bring together a multi-disciplinary and inter-ministerial environment to fight such threats and to acquire the necessary tools both to protect us and allow us to respond.
