<br/><br/> This guideline is the result of the request from social workers for technical tools to provide exiled people facing psychological disturbance with adequate support. In order to understand the reality in the field as fully as possible, an action-research protocol was adopted. Throughout the document, illustrations offer examples of the different concepts that are introduced.
