La sant&#xE9; au travail a &#xE9;t&#xE9; mesur&#xE9;e &#xE0; l&#x2019;aide du Maslach Burnout Inventory aupr&#xE8;s d&#x2019;enseignants sp&#xE9;cialis&#xE9;s suisses (N=301) qui travaillent avec des enfants &#xE0; besoins &#xE9;ducatifs particuliers. Les r&#xE9;sultats montrent trois &#xE9;l&#xE9;ments principaux. Les enseignants sont satisfaits de la collaboration avec les parents&#xA0;; la qualit&#xE9; des relations per&#xE7;ues influence les scores de l&#x2019;&#xE9;puisement et de l&#x2019;accomplissement, mais pas ceux de la d&#xE9;personnalisation&#xA0;; les enseignants ne sont ni &#xE9;puis&#xE9;s ni d&#xE9;personnalis&#xE9;s, mais &#xE0; risque pour l&#x2019;accomplissement personnel.</subfield>

    <subfield code="a">This article analyses the effects of parents-teachers&#x2019; relationships on special education teachers&#x2019; burnout. Health at work was measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory among Swiss special education teachers (N=301) who work with children with special educational needs. Results show three main elements. Teachers are satisfied with the parents&#x2019; collaboration&#xA0;; quality of the perceived relationships influences the scores for exhaustion and achievement, but not for depersonalization&#xA0;; teachers are neither exhausted nor depersonalized, but at risk for personal achievement.</subfield>
