Il s’applique, à partir de problématiques cliniques spécifiques, d’émettre des hypothèses métapsychologiques qui aident à mieux comprendre certaines solutions défensives. Il propose à partir d’illustrations cinématographiques une réflexion sur les rapports entre symptomatologie, culture et lien social; This paper takes psychoanalysis as its starting point in an exploration of sexual addictions. Specific clinical cases will be used to set forward meta-psychological hypotheses which will enable us to gain a better understanding of defensive solutions. Examples from the world of cinema will illustrate a consideration of the relationship between symptomatology, culture and the social bond
