N2  - Dyspepsia is a generic term used to describe a range of symptoms affecting the upper digestive tract. These symptoms are relatively non-specific. The first challenge for the clinician is to detect the minority of patients in whom dyspepsia signals a serious pathology, such as gastric cancer. The second challenge is the identification and management of people with functional dyspepsia, which is the main focus of this publication; La dyspepsie est un terme générique utilisé pour désigner un ensemble de symptômes intéressant la partie supérieure tube digestif. Ces symptômes sont relativement non spécifiques. Le premier défi du clinicien consiste à détecter les patients, minoritaires, chez qui la dyspepsie signale une pathologie grave, telle que le cancer gastrique. Le deuxième défi tient à l’identification et à la prise en charge des personnes atteintes de dyspepsie fonctionnelle ; ce second aspect est l’objectif principal de cette publication
