<br/><br/> Résumé Les auteurs analysent la psychose dans le cadre des triangulations « disconfirmatrices » qu’ils observent au sein des familles présentant ce type de symptôme. S’appuyant sur les recherches de Watzlawick, Haley et Selvini, ils soulignent les effets pathogènes de ces triangles, et à l’aide d’une situation clinique, ils proposent une thérapie « reconfirmatrice » axée sur le blocage des tendances intrafamiliales disconfirmatrices .  The authors analyze psychosis in regard of « disconfirming » triangulations that exist in families with a psychotic patient. Building on work by Watzlawick, Haley and Selvini, they point to the pathogenic effects of such triangles and propose a therapy of reconfirmation based on the blocking of the disconfirming tendencies of the family.
