N2  - RésuméDans un dispositif de thérapie familiale psychanalytique, l’auteur propose de repérer, à partir de la clinique, certains aspects du fonctionnement groupal d’une famille d’entendants dont une des trois jeunes enfants présente une surdité sévère. L’empêchement de parole restreint la circulation des échanges langagiers. Il retentit sur un maintien prolongé de modalités archaïques du lien groupal familial organisé autour d’échanges poly-sensoriels. La communication directe des affects piégés dans le corporel freine la transformation du lien éprouvé en lien représenté. Le lien de dépendance précoce devenu trop prégnant s’oppose à l’ouverture d’ un espace débouchant sur un échange de parole subjectivant. La crainte de la perte du lien organiserait l’ensemble du fonctionnement groupal familial observé. This fear would send back to the risk of the breaking of the filiation link; ResumenEn un dispositivo de terapia familiar psicoanalítica, el autor propone de situar, a partir de la clínica, ciertos aspectos del funcionamiento grupal de una familia en la que una de los tres niñas presenta una sordera severa. El impedimiento de la palabra restringe la circulación de los intercambios lingüísticos. Esto ocasiona un mantenimiento prolongado de modalidades arcaicas de vínculo grupal familiar, con intercambios poli-sensoriales. La comunicación directa de los afectos trampeados en lo corporal frena la transformación del vínculo sentido en vínculo representado. El vínculo de dependencia precoz toma mucho lugar y se opone a un intercambio de palabra que sea subjectivante. El autor propone la hipótesis que el miedo a la pérdida del vínculo que teje los primeros investimientos y los ancrajes simbióticos incidiría sobre el funcionamiento familiar observado. Ello hace temer una ruptura del vínculo de filiación
