<br/><br/> RésuméCet article rend compte d’un programme de recherche action, mené au sein du laboratoire Tech-CICO. Ce programme a pour but de concevoir un service NTIC favorisant la coopération entre différentes entreprises de la filière textile de Champagne-Ardenne. Cet article décrit dans un premier temps une modélisation des échanges de documents numériques entre partenaires dans la filière textile. Dans un second temps, on présentera l’apport de l’analyse conversationnelle des réunions de travail dans la conduite du projet.  This paper describes a programme of research-action, conducted in Tech-CICO Laboratory. The goal of this programme is the conception of a IT service which can support cooperation between firms belonging to the branch of textile in Champagne Ardennes. At first, this paper describes the modelling of exchange of numerical documents between partners in textile field. Secondly, it presents the contribution of the conversational analysis of professional meeting to the management of the project.
