<br/><br/> The present article has two goals: first, to study the problem of dating an anonymous commentary on Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics (ms. BnF, lat. 14698) and its relationship to an anonymous commentary on the Metheora (in the same manuscript); second, to analyse the tradition of the Ethics commentaries originating in the Faculty of Arts at Paris, the problem of their heterodoxy, and their position relative to Thomas Aquinas and the condemnation of 1277.
