<br/><br/> Possession of power is once again central to a world in which conflict and the warrior have become the norm, and in which neo-liberalism and individualism are challenging traditional power balances. We should reflect on what today’s perception of power really is: all too often countries, and the opinions they engender, offer a make-believe vision of geopolitical reality which over-estimates their true capabilities.
