N1 - 69 N2 - Women remain a minority in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) academic disciplines, particularly in IT (10% women). They are also largely underrepresented in professions related to information technology, digital technology, and technology. This article proposes a model to analyze the place of women in STEM and in digital-related jobs. The model developed is based on two axes of analysis. The first dissociates currents of thought based on equality and non-differentiation between genders from those that start from the hypothesis that there exist gendered differences. The second axis focuses on impacts either at the individual level (micro level) or at organizational and societal levels (macro level). The proposed model was developed through a review of managerial and scientific literature, an analysis of interviews with more than forty women involved in digital professions, an analysis of organizational policies based on meetings with around ten IT service managers, and ten business case studies. We also analyzed good practices carried out in Belgium and abroad, and the actions carried out by companies and public authorities in many countries UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-questions-de-management-2024-2-page-113?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
