<br/><br/> In companies, the induction and training of work-study students, interns, new recruits or colleagues on secondment is generally provided by an existing employee. Whilst frequently overlooked, this mentoring role should not be considered a simple addition to routine activities. This Céreq Bref report provides a quantitative and qualitative analysis of this professional practice, emphasising the challenges of promoting it and integrating it into company policies.
