N2  - The publications of the Sippar tablets during the past ten years have noticeably increased the corpus of known texts. Consequently, the number of documents that may be attributed to female scribes has also increased. One of them, Inanna-ama-mu, wrote nearly twenty texts, during the reigns of Immerum, Bunta-hun-ila, Sumu-la-El and Sabium. The personality of this scribe is poorly known, but her activities show that she works especially for the nad?tum of the Šamaš Temple
