N2  - We describe a new case of primary pulmonary Hodgkin’s lymphoma (PPHL) revealed by a cavitary lung mass. A 37-year-old woman presented with dyspnea, productive cough, and fever. Chest scan revealed a right cavitary bronchial mass associated with ipsilateral pleural effusion, several lung nodules, and mediastinal lymph nodes. There was no evidence for tuberculosis infection, and the serologic test of HIV was negative. A lung parenchymal biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Awareness of the diagnosis of PPHL is necessary because of its severity and its response to treatment
