<br/><br/> This article explores the issue of parenting in the context of premature birth. After a literature review focused on anxiety and depressive disorders—including post-traumatic stress disorder—that more frequently affect parents of preterm infants and negatively affect the quality of early parent-baby bonding in neonatal care, the article addresses the issue of parenting support, through national recommendations and actions, as well as feedback from experience in a neonatal unit.
