<br/><br/> Starting from his own experience of foundation of an early screening network with babies at risk of autism, and then of a federation of the four teams of child psychiatry in Maine-et-Loire, in order to cure them early, intensively and in a partial time, the writer suggests his working hypothesis about psychopathology, and consequences which have been deducted with his team and other partners centered on childhood. Several ways of research are studied: Catastroph Theory of René Thom, “Metaneurological” Theory of Gerald Edelman and Semiotic of Charles Sandor Peirce.
