In the face of growing uncertainties, this article presents palliative medicine as a living laboratory of complexity. Rather than reducing uncertainty, it acknowledges it as central to care. The concept of the complexome is introduced to consider the caregiver-patient relationship as foundational. The medicine of complexity is framed as an ethical, transdisciplinary, and relational posture, capable of renewing practices in a vulnerable and uncertain world.
