<br/><br/> Dans cet article, l’auteure propose de venir interroger la pratique des scarifications à l’adolescence à travers un cas clinique issu de sa pratique en hospitalisation. Il s’agit de comprendre, à travers le cheminement de cette adolescente, les fonctions de la scarification à différents niveaux mais aussi de voir comment le soin peut apporter une réponse. Sous-tendu par la théorie analytique, cet article se propose de questionner ce qui se joue dans la relation à soi et à l’autre et comment la plaie peut devenir un espace de rencontre et d’élaboration.  In this article, the author proposes to question the practice of scarifications in adolescence through a clinical case resulting from his practice in hospital. It is a question of understanding, through the path of this teenager, the functions of scarification, at different levels but also how care can provide an answer. Under the strain of analytical theory, this article proposes to question what is at stake in the relationship to oneself and to others and how the wound can become a space for encounter and elaboration.
