In professional training, curriculum development for technological disciplines takes into account the double reference to a field of scientific knowledge and to professions. Based on the example of the discipline of “agronomics” within agricultural education, this text provides a multi-didactic analytical framework for understanding the curricular development of the discipline of biotechnical science. It could also be used for other technological education disciplines in vocational training.
