Afin d’envisager la coordination de la diversité de parties prenantes impliquées dans ce projet de territoire, nous proposons de mobiliser le cadre théorique des proximités dans un courant d’inspiration institutionnaliste. Nous présentons, dans une démarche qualitative, une étude de cas menée dans le cadre d’une thèse de doctorat sur l’un des dix territoires pionniers de l’expérimentation, le territoire de Jouques. Dans un premier temps, nous analysons la coordination permise par le développement des proximités entre une entreprise à but d’emploi et ses parties prenantes externes sur le territoire. Dans un second temps, nous montrons l’adaptation progressive des comportements organisationnels de l’entreprise à but d’emploi à travers l’évolution des proximités avec ses parties prenantes internes lui permettant de développer ses activités et de ce fait son ancrage au territoire. Ainsi, nous souhaitons mettre en évidence que les proximités permettent la coordination et l’adaptation des comportements organisationnels de l’entreprise à but d’emploi, et réciproquement, nous soulignons que cette expérimentation territoriale est aussi un levier de création de proximités. Nous concluons sur le fait que l’adaptation des comportements organisationnels de l’entreprise à but d’emploi conduit à améliorer sa coordination avec les acteurs du territoire qu’elle contribue à construire dans le cadre de cette nouvelle action publique expérimentale. The objective of this article is to highlight, in an exploratory study, the coordination of a diversity of actors in a territory around the experiment “Territoires zéro chômeur de longue durée”. In order to consider the coordination of the diversity of stakeholders involved in this territorial project, we propose to mobilise the theoretical framework of proximities in a current of institutionalist inspiration. We present, in a qualitative approach, a case study carried out on one of the ten pioneer territories of the experimentation, the territory of Jouques carried out within the framework of a PhD thesis. Firstly, we analyse the coordination allowed by the development of proximities between a company with an employment objective and its external stakeholders in the territory. Secondly, we show the progressive adaptation of the organisational behaviours of the employment enterprise through the evolution of the proximities with its internal stakeholders allowing it to develop its activities and thus its anchoring to the territory. Thus, on the one hand, we wish to highlight that the proximities allow the coordination and the adaptation of the organisational behaviours of the employment enterprise, and reciprocally, we underline that this territorial experimentation is also a lever of creation of proximities.
