<br/><br/> La sociopsychanalyse institutionnelle, créée par Gérard Mendel, est une recherche et une méthode consacrées au champ du social du monde du travail et de son organisation, via leurs effets sur le fonctionnement psychique des personnes au travail et leur part d’inconscient. Constituée théoriquement à partir du concept de l’« actepouvoir », l’intervention sociopsychanalytique s’appuie en priorité sur les groupes homogènes de métier d’une institution concrète, en favorisant leur libre expression et l’obligation des réponses de leur hiérarchie à leurs attentes, collectivement et anonymement exprimées.  Institutional sociopsychoanalysis, created by Gérard Mendel, is both a research tool and a method devoted to the field of the social realm of the world of work and its organization, via their effects on the psychic functioning of the people at work and their unconscious dimension. Constituted theoretically from the concept “power-to-act” ( actepouvoir), the sociopsychoanalytic intervention is concerned primarily with homogenous professional groups of a concrete institution, favouring their free expression and their hierarchy’s obligation to respond to their expectations, expressed collectively and anonymously.  El “sociopsicoanálisis” institucional, creado por Gérard Mendel es una investigación y un método consagrados al campo de lo social del mundo laboral y su organización, vía los efectos sobre el funcionamiento psíquico de las personas en el trabajo y su parte de inconsciente. Constituido teóricamente a partir del concepto de “actopoder”, la intervención “sociopsicoanalítica” se apoya en prioridad sobre grupos homogéneos de profesión de una institución concreta, favoreciendo su libre expresión y la obligación de respuestas de parte de sus superiores jerárquicos a sus demandas, expresadas de forma colectiva y anónima.
