N2  - Le Deis est un diplôme pertinent et impertinent qui, à terme, interrogera les modes d’organisation. En mettant en lumière le triptyque « expertise, ingénierie et évaluation », il participe à la construction du sens à donner à une direction. S’inscrivant dans une autre logique que celles de deux autres diplômes ( Cafdes et Caferuis), il pointe à sa manière les enjeux stratégiques des projets d’entreprises sociales et de leurs axes de développement. Si on manque encore de recul pour examiner les trajectoires professionnelles des détenteurs du Deis, il sera intéressant d’observer ce que ce diplôme apporte, dans les enjeux de territorialisation, sur l’analyse des besoins des populations et l’élaboration des réponses institutionnelles; The Deis: expertise, engineering, evaluationThe Deis is a qualification that is both relevant to the social work sector and impertinent: ultimately it challenges current modes of organization. By highlighting three terms: “expertise”, “engineering” and “evaluation”, this qualification participates in the construction of meaning and gives it direction. Taking a different rationality than the two other master level degrees available ( Cafdes, Caferuis), it points to strategic issues in social enterprise projects and their developmental priorities. If it is too early to examine the career paths of holders of the Deis, it will be interesting to see what this diploma brings to issues of regionalization of social intervention and to the analysis of people’s needs and developing institutional responses to them
