N2  - L’engagement est la période contemporaine de l’« âge du faire ». C’est agir en situation, dans le moment présent, introduisant de nouvelles perspectives, ouvrant des interstices ou provoquant des bifurcations avec l’espoir de décaler ou décadrer un existant jugé intolérable. L’engagement se tient au cœur de l’expérience et, au cœur de cette conception démocratique, se développe une pratique du récit. Prenant l’exemple d’une zad, l’engagement est à la fois impliqué et impliquant, critique et contributif. Il s’incorpore dans des moments partagés à l’occasion d’une socialité de quartier, d’une expérience de co-création ou d’une coopération d’activité; Engagement is the contemporary period of the “age of doing”. It means acting in a situation, in the present moment, introducing new perspectives, opening gaps or causing bifurcations with the hope of shifting or deconstructing an existing one considered intolerable. Commitment is at the heart of the experience and, at the heart of this democratic conception, a practice of storytelling is developing. Taking the example of an adz, engagement is both involved and involving, critical and contributing. It is incorporated into shared moments during a neighbourhood social event, in a co-creation experience or in a cooperative activity
