N2  - La production robotisée d’anticancéreux injectables est en plein développement. Elle nécessite des aménagements des pratiques et l’anticipation de tous les aspects liés à la production. Ce travail s’inscrit dans une démarche de réflexion et vise à proposer un outil d’anticipation sécurisant.Les premières pharmacies à usage intérieur équipées ont élaboré un diagramme d’Ishikawa, et à chaque risque elles y ont associé un livrable, un responsable, et une temporalité. Les 70 risques identifiés ont été compilés dans un plan d’action sous la forme d’un tableau de pilotage. Cette première version, pratique et adaptable, doit permettre de faciliter la conduite de projet; Automated compounding of injectable anti-cancer drugs has become increasingly popular.
