N2  - L’année 2020, comme l’année 2019, est une année d’entre-deux en matière de droit des biotechnologies. C’est particulièrement le cas à propos de l’application du droit des biotechnologies à un certain nombre de techniques de mutagénèse. Suite à l’arrêt de la CJUE puis l’arrêt du Conseil d’État, leur sort réglementaire en France et dans l’Union européenne fait encore l’objet d’un long « teasing »; In 2020, as in 2019, biotechnology law stands in in-between place. This is particularly the case of the mutagenesis techniques’ legal standing.
