Mais cela suppose qu’il n’y ait pas de nouvelle ingérence étrangère et cela se fera au détriment des femmes.  After the Americans failure, the Taliban can build a stable state in Afghanistan because they are able to fight corruption and negotiate with local authorities. However, it assumes that there will be no further foreign interference and it will come at the expense of women.
