<br/><br/> Ce témoignage propose d’étudier la pratique de l’atelier éducatif. L’auteur, éducateur spécialisé dans un Institut thérapeutique éducatif et pédagogique (ITEP), présente le travail qu’il réalise durant cette activité de médiation. Il s’attache à mettre en évidence les objectifs qu’il poursuit et tente d’analyser les mécanismes à l’œuvre pour y parvenir.  This testimony proposes to study the practice of educational workshop. The author, a special needs’ educator in a therapeutic institute for education and pedagogy (TIEP), presents the work he does throughout that mediation activity. It is important for him to highlight the objectives he pursues and tries to analyze the mechanisms at work to achieve them.
