<br/><br/> RésuméLa formation pour le brevet d?aptitude aux fonctions d?animateur de centre de vacances et de loisirs ( bafa) s?adresse principalement à des jeunes, à partir de dix-sept ans. Tandis que les formateurs pratiquent une pédagogie antiscolaire, les stagiaires ? qui oscillent entre les statuts d?enfant et d?adulte ? doivent tout à la fois s?impliquer, s?évaluer et se fondre dans le groupe au fur et à mesure qu?il se constitue. Dans une tonalité humaniste, la définition sociale de l'animation qui est proposée repose sur une psychologie morale empreinte de « projets », et la coopération entre individus apparaît comme une valeur cardinale, même si quelques garçons issus des classes populaires résistent à l'inculcation. « Passer son bafa » contribue au passage à l'âge adulte des stagiaires et assure l'entrée symbolique dans le métier d?animateur.  The diploma to become a camp counselor for holiday and leisure centres ( bafa) is aimed primarily at young people from 17 years of age. While the trainers practise an anti-school pedagogy, the trainees, who oscillate between the child and adult status, must at the same time involve and integrate themselves in the group as it is being built. The social definition of these activities borrows from humanistic values and relies on a moral psychology impressed on « projects » and on the cooperation between individuals as a cardinal value, even if a few working class young men resist this program. « To pass one?s bafa » contributes to the transition to adult age for the trainees and ensures a symbolic entry in the profession.  ZusammenfassungDie Prüfung zum Kinderbetreuer ( bafa ? Brevet d?aptitude aux fonctions d?annimateur) für Ferienlager richtet sich in erster Linie an Jugendliche ab 17 Jahre. Während die Ausbilder eine anti-schulische Pädagogik verfolgen, finden sich die Auszubildenden, die ihrem Status nach weder Kinder noch Erwachsene sind, in der Situation wieder, sich gleichzeitig einbringen, behaupten und sich nach und nach in die sich bildenden Gruppe integrieren zu müssen. Die soziale Definition der Kinderbetreuung lehnt sich im humanistischen Sinn an die Moralpsychologie und ihre Projektarbeit an ; hierbei ist die Zusammenarbeit der Einzelnen der zentrale Wert, selbst wenn einige Jungen aus niedrigeren Schichten Schwierigkeiten haben sich dies einzuprägen. Die «  bafa-Prüfung » trägt zum Erwachsenwerden der Praktikanten bei und symbolisiert den Übertritt in den Beruf des Kinderbetreuers.
