N2  - Cet article relate un cas clinique observé dans un cadre institutionnel : une petite fille de deux ans et demi, soupçonnée d’être autiste, est prise en charge dans un CMPP, où la salle d’attente, les séances psychothérapeutiques, le groupe d’orthophonie et plus tard des séances de psychomotricité s’accrochent les uns aux autres afin d’atteindre un effet thérapeutique. À travers le signifiant « petit ours brun » qui est accordé de ses trois dimensions, Symbolique (la loi de l’Autre assurée par les thérapeutes), Imaginaire (l’histoire et l’image de petit ours brun), Réel (la présence et l’absence du corps), nous constatons comment un sujet parlant surgit du déroulement de la cure. La langue maternelle ouzbek joue ici un rôle crucial, qui tisse le lien entre la langue matérielle, la langue intime et le langage symbolique. Nous remarquons que le déblocage de la langue permet une transmission possible et une liberté de création du sujet; This article presents a clinical case carried out in an institutional setting : a little girl of two and a half years, suspected of being autistic, is taken cared of in a CMPP, where the waiting room, psychotherapeutic sessions, the speech therapy group and later on psychomotricity sessions cling one another in order to reach a therapeutic effect. Through the signifier “little brown bear” which includes the three dimensions Symbolic (the law of the other ensured by the therapists), Imaginary (the story and the image of little brown bear), Real (the presence and the absence of the body), we see how a speaking subject emerges from a treatment course. Ouzbek maternal language plays a crucial role here, which forms a link between the fabric of material language, intimate language and symbolic language. We feel that the release of the language allows a possible transmission and a creative freedom of the subject
