<br/><br/> Le présent papier s’inscrit dans l’approfondissement des travaux sur les compétences émotionnelles en lien avec la performance sociale dans un secteur sujet à de fortes émotions et peu étudié à notre connaissance : le secteur public de la fiscalité. Pour mener à bien cette recherche, nous avons mobilisé une méthodologie ethnographique couplée à du qualitatif. Cela nous a permis d’identifier un lien entre les catégories de régulation, d’utilisation, d’identification, de compréhension des émotions et les indicateurs du bien-être tel que l’état d’esprit, la santé mentale, le rendement au travail et l’engagement calculé.  This paper is part of the deepening of work on emotional skills linked to social performance in a sector subject to strong emotions and little studied to our knowledge: the public sector of taxation. To carry out this research, we used an ethnographic methodology coupled with qualitative research. This allowed us to identify a link between the categories of regulation, use, identification, understanding of emotions and indicators of well-being such as state of mind, mental health, job performance, work and calculated commitment.
