<br/><br/> RésuméÀ partir d’une enquête consacrée à l’homoparenté et de l’analyse des rapports institutionnels sur l’aide médicale à la procréation ( amp), cet article étudie la manière dont la société française contemporaine se représente et fonde les liens de filiation. Les filiations par adoption ou par recours à l’ amp se construisent à partir d’un principe de vraisemblance, que ce soit par l’exercice de la fonction parentale ou par la naturalité de la naissance. Mais en s’écartant des modèles traditionnels – père géniteur et mère génitrice –, les fondations de la filiation suscitent de nouvelles interrogations confrontant particulièrement conception biologisante et conception sociale, droit aux origines et droit à l’anonymat. Il est donc intéressant de se pencher sur les évolutions et les choix opérés ces dernières décennies dans l’ordre de la parenté.  From an investigation devoted to homosexual families and an analysis of institutional reports on the new reproductive technology ( nrt), this article studies the way in which the contemporary French society constructs descent and think about it. Descents by adoption or recourse to the nrt are built starting from a principle of verisimilitude, i.e. by daily parenthood or by naturality of birth. Deviating from a standard which supposes that the father is the genitor and the mother the genitrix, they reveal the tensions inherent in our descent, more particularly between biological and social conceptions of kinship, between the right of persons to maintain their anonymity and the right of the children to know their origins. All of this allows us to wonder about the current evolutions and choices noticed these last decades in the domain of kinship.  ZusammenfassungAuf der Basis einer Untersuchung über homosexuelle Familien und einer Analyse institutioneller Berichte über die neue Fortpflanzungstechnologie studiert dieser Artikel wie sich die zeitgenössische französische Gesellschaft ihre Abstammungsbande vorstellt und aufbaut. Abstammungen durch Adoption oder durch die Anwendung der neuen Fortpflanzungstechnologie werden auf dem Grundsatz der Wahrscheinlichkeit, d. h. der Ausübung der parentalen Funktion oder der Natürlichkeit der Geburt aufgebaut. Die Abweichung von den traditionellen Mustern – Vater als Erzeuger und Mutter als Gebärerin – ruft neue Fragen hervor, die im besonderen die biologisierende Auffassung der Verwandschaft mit der sozialen, das Recht auf Abstammungskenntnis mit dem Recht auf Anonymität konfrontieren. Daher war es interessant, die im Laufe dieser letzten Jahrzehnten hinsichtlich der Verwandschaft beobachteten Änderungen und Wahlen zu studieren.
