Automated compounding of injectable anticancer drugs has become increasingly popular. It requires adjustments to practices and the anticipation of all aspects related to production. This work describes a reflection process and aims to provide a secure anticipation tool. The first equipped hospital pharmacies have created an Ishikawa diagram, and each risk has been assigned a deliverable, a manager, and a time frame. The 70 identified risks have been compiled into an action plan in the form of a dashboard. This first version of the practical and adaptable tool should facilitate project management.
