<br/><br/> RésuméL’objectif de l’article est d’examiner quelques fondements et conséquences des conflits qui opposent, en France, partisans et opposants de l’évaluation des psychothérapies. Il procède pour cela en trois temps : tout d’abord, examiner les options anthropologiques fondamentales qui structurent les positions des partisans et des opposants à l’évaluation, autour de cinq principaux axes ; ensuite, considérer les craintes des opposants à la lumière d’une analyse attentive des résultats des études d’évaluation des psychothérapies, en s’appuyant pour cela sur les analyses du psychologue américain Bruce Wampold, autour de sept grands résultats des études d’évaluation des psychothérapies ; enfin, proposer une réflexion pour une évolution du débat, autour du nécessaire réengagement des défenseurs de l’anthropologie du sujet « socialisé et parlant » dans les lieux de production et d’interprétation des résultats d’évaluation des psychothérapies.  Anthropological conflicts and fighting strategies around the evaluation of psychotherapiesThe aim of the paper is to examine some of the basis and consequences of the conflicts between proponents and opponents of the evaluation of psychotherapy, in France. The arguments are organized in three steps : first, an analysis of the fundamental anthropological options structuring the positions of proponents and opponents, around 5 axis ; second, a re-examination of the fears of the opponents is proposed, based on the detailed analysis of the 7 main results of the psychotherapies evaluation studies by the American psychologist Bruce Wampold ; third, we proposed that the defenders of the « socialized and speaking subject » should engage in the field of production and interpretation of psychotherapy evaluation results.
