<br/><br/> Cette recherche, conduite dans le cadre du projet « GreenMinds AI », étudie l’intégration d’une intelligence artificielle éthique, informée et explicable (EIX-AI) dans les chaînes d’approvisionnement agricoles, avec une application spécifique au contexte libanais. En mobilisant la Design Science Research et la méthode de Kano, elle montre que l’EIX-AI permet de concilier performance, éthique et durabilité, tout en renforçant l’appropriation grâce à des outils explicatifs tels que SHAP et LIME.  This research, conducted as part of the “GreenMinds AI” project, examines the integration of ethical, informed, and explainable artificial intelligence (EIX-AI) into agricultural supply chains, with a specific focus on the Lebanese context. Drawing on Design Science Research and the Kano model, the study demonstrates that EIX-AI enables the reconciliation of performance, ethics, and sustainability, while enhancing user adoption through explanatory tools such as SHAP and LIME.
